We accept returns on all unopened, unused, and sealed lotions within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. A valid receipt is required for a full refund. For health and safety reasons, opened or used lotions cannot be returned or refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped
